  • BAGSVILLA does not guarantee that product images will appear exactly the same on all devices.

3. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Product availability is subject to stock; BAGSVILLA reserves the right to limit or cancel quantities.

4. Order Placement & Confirmation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.

  • BAGSVILLA reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or verification issues.

5. Payment Methods

We offer multiple payment options, including:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pakistan only

  • Bank Transfer

  • Online payment methods (Payfast for both Domestic / International )

Orders may be held or cancelled if payment verification fails.

6. Sale & Discounted Items

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless stated otherwise (exceptions would be catered accordingly)

  • BAGSVILLA reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

BAGSVILLA shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Delays or failures caused by events beyond our control

  • Misuse of products by customers

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details.

  • BAGSVILLA is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information (Certain cases would be checked & verified from the respective courier company if and where required). 

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are safely packed.

Customer information is handled in accordance safely & we are committed to protecting your personal data and will not share it with third parties except where required for order fulfillment.
