Reurn & Exchange Policy

At BagsVilla, each product goes through a strict quality check before shipping. If you still receive a damaged or defective item, our support team is ready to assist you.

Exchange/Return Conditions

  • Requests for return or exchange must be made within 3 Working days from the date of delivery.
  • Claims made after Working 3 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item is safely packed and returned without damage.
  • If a returned item is received in damaged condition, it will be shipped back to the customer / Or brand will assist in getting it reversed from the customer (In case of Metro locations).

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for the product value; shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged (exception cases would be entertained accordingly).
  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store voucher, depending on the case.
  • Refund processing time is 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer (If & where required).
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases of the brand’s error or a defective product delivered to the customer.

 Important Notes

  • BagsVilla reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request after inspection.
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
