Exchange/Return Conditions
- Requests for return or exchange must be made within 3 Working days from the date of delivery.
- Claims made after Working 3 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item is safely packed and returned without damage.
- If a returned item is received in damaged condition, it will be shipped back to the customer / Or brand will assist in getting it reversed from the customer (In case of Metro locations).
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only for the product value; shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged (exception cases would be entertained accordingly).
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store voucher, depending on the case.
- Refund processing time is 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping Charges
- Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer (If & where required).
