Orders are processed within 3–5 working days after confirmation (for Domestic/Pakistan) & 8-12 working days Internationally.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an order confirmation via Call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email once your order is confirmed.
Delivery times may vary due to courier service delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping

BAGSVILLA offers international shipping to selected countries (Excluding INDIA and some other countries).

International shipping charges for international orders vary based on destination and courier service.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or communicated at order confirmation.

Any promotional or discounted shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website or social media.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where an incorrect or defective item is sent by BAGSVILLA (In that cases we will arrange the reverse pickups from the METRO locations only).
Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders within Pakistan.
- International customers will not be entertained with such service.

Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
Shipping/Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping/delivery address with a valid & Active contact number of the same region where the products needs to be delivered.
- BAGSVILLA is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information (Certain cases would be checked & verified from the respective courier company if and where required).
Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer's unavailability or incorrect details, re-attempt would be made (after the confirmation from the customer).

BAGSVILLA will check and keep tracking the parcel's delivery status & will be liable for delays caused by courier companies after dispatch. (Irrespective non-communication from the customer's side).
Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched, with the courier details.

Customers can track their shipment through the courier’s tracking system (tracking details can be asked and shared by the brand as well).
Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 working hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof.

Claims reported after this period may not be entertained.
